My dad always told us my mom could have done absolutely anything she had wanted to. And out of all the possible careers she could have had, she choose to richly invest in her children every day in our home. Now as I am entering this new stage of motherhood, there is no where else I would rather be–Than at our house all day with my little fella, striving to make it a home for our family. I’m learning I’ve been called to one of the hardest jobs out there, but I think it’s also one of the most rewarding. ❤
Even on long days like today, one look at Gideon and my heart melts and then grows a bit bigger each time it does. But I know that isn’t just me adoring my baby–The best love is the outpouring we have from our Heavenly Father. And where His purpose lies, He abundantly provides.
